Allez opened in 2023 on N Western Avenue and quickly became one of Chicago's most talked-about new coffee spaces, featuring international roasters such as Calendar Coffee, Talor Made, Swerl and Heart Coffee Roasters alongside geometric laminated pastries and breakfast sandwiches. The pink-splashed interior and the spicy El Chupacabra signature drink have made Allez a social media fixture. Sprudge's 2026 Chicago guide called it one of the cafes they love most in the city.
