Colombia''s first and most decorated specialty roaster, Amor Perfecto has been showcasing single-origin Colombian beans since 1997. The flagship Chapinero Alto cafe houses a coffee lab, public cuppings, and barista courses on weekends. Diego Campos trained here before winning Colombia''s first World Barista Championship in 2021. The roster of regional lots rotates continuously, covering Huila, Narino, Tolima, and Cundinamarca.
