Arabica Espresso Bar
Miraflores · Lima
Pouring beans from Bisetti
Opened in 2008 by the Bisetti family at Calle General Recavarren 269 near Parque Kennedy in Miraflores, Arabica was Lima's first dedicated slow-coffee and espresso bar and still operates all six manual brew methods from V60 to siphon. The narrow, light-filled space was conceived by David Torres Bisetti after stints in New York's third-wave scene, and Peruvian fair-trade beans from the Bisetti sourcing network underpin every cup. House-baked pastries and in-house desserts complete the offer.
