At just 18 square metres with ten seats, Barista Wave is the kind of tiny, obsessive coffee bar that changes a neighbourhood. Owner Daniel, who runs barista education programmes, works exclusively with beans scoring above 85 points, currently sourcing from Koyo, a Portuguese Algarve roastery. The V60 Campeon, a high-scoring Colombian Geisha with floral notes, is the signature drink alongside a flat white that outsells everything else.
