Blue Tokai is India's most established specialty roaster, founded in 2013 and now sourcing from over eighty farms across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Araku. The Bandra outlet on New Kantwadi Lane near Perry Road is a neighborhood anchor for filter-coffee enthusiasts who come in for V60 and Aeropress pours made from single-estate Indian beans. Every batch is roasted twice a week at their roastery with Q-grade certified quality control. The menu also covers espresso drinks and a selection of baked goods.
