Founded in 2014 by the Valero sisters, Bluebell is Valencia's first dedicated specialty roaster and a long-standing cornerstone of the city's coffee scene. The cafe has built its identity around sourcing from female producers and roasting fresh weekly on-site. A cozy courtyard patio and a menu of healthy dishes make it far more than a quick stop. It supplies beans to dozens of other cafes across Valencia and Barcelona.
