Opened December 2025 at Store Kongensgade 32 by the Bar Vitrine team in collaboration with design brand FRAMA, CABIN is Copenhagen's only dedicated Tim Wendelboe bar, serving the Oslo roastery's sustainably sourced lots on a continuous basis. The pine-lined interior draws on the spare minimalism of Le Corbusier's Cabanon, and head barista Jun Nishimura brings three years at Prolog plus direct training with the Wendelboe team. Rotating pastries by Bar Vitrine's head chef Dhriti Arora complete a project where every element has been considered to the same degree as the coffee.
