Cafe Tomi arrived on Wreckyn Street in North Melbourne in early 2025 with tall vaulted ceilings, a custom vinyl sound system and a cocktail-inspired coffee and tea menu built around Klim Coffee Roasting Co. beans. The drinks program extends well beyond espresso into alternative lattes, creative cold drinks and tea preparations that treat the bar as a cocktail list. Broadsheet highlighted it as one of January 2025's seven best new Melbourne coffee shops.
