Cafelix (Jaffa Roastery)

The Jaffa roasting facility and cafe at Tirza 17 is the mother location of Israel's most significant specialty coffee operation, where Cafelix's hand-roasting techniques including wood fire and tin drum methods have been refined over more than a decade. Guests can observe the roasting process while sipping on filter or espresso from the current seasonal selection. Daily roasting ensures the highest possible freshness, and this location functions as both training ground and showpiece for the whole operation.
