Housed in the vaulted 1920s Tasman Building on Anzac Avenue, Eighthirty's roastery flagship is a brutalist temple of coffee craft. Patrons sip single-origin brews while watching roasters at work behind glass, all anchored by exposed brick walls and a strictly considered food menu. This is the engine room of one of New Zealand's most decorated specialty roasters, operating since 2009.
