Established in 2011 at Thames 1535 in Palermo Soho, Full City was among the first specialty roaster-cafes to take root in Buenos Aires. Their 100 percent Colombian sourcing program is roasted locally, and the two-level patio is one of the more pleasant outdoor coffee spaces in the neighborhood. The operation remains family-scale and deliberately focused on filter craft.
