A converted parking warehouse on Rua Conego Eugenio Leite 808 in Pinheiros, Futuro Refeitorio kept the industrial bones including yellow-and-black floor markings and turned them into a backdrop for in-house-roasted specialty coffee, fresh artisan bread, and smoked fish. Sprudge featured the space for its rare integration of serious coffee and full-service dining within a single kitchen.
