Gangga Coffee has roasted specialty Kintamani and broader Indonesian beans from its Ubud base since 2017, and the Jalan Raya Andong cafe serves as both retail face and education space for the roastery. The sister operation Gangga Roastery handles small-batch artisanal roasting and direct sourcing across producing regions. Filter options are designed to highlight the natural clarity of the beans, and the team runs tasting sessions for guests. It opens daily at 7am.
