Founded in 2024, Hakone is Oslo's standout specialty arrival, roasting in-house on a ROEST P3000 and running a Poursteady V60 station capable of simultaneous multi-cup brews on the main Markveien strip. Norway's first retailer of Japanese hanging-ear one-cup filter bags, the cafe also pours a cherry cold brew and a hojicha latte that have quickly become cult orders. Minimal blonde-wood interiors, pistachio croissants, and a five-visit loyalty programme complete a concept that feels years ahead of its founding date.
