Hearth opened in 2022 behind Uchi restaurant on Lawrence Street and pairs Tablon Coffee's small-batch Denver-roasted beans with artisan sourdough breads and pastries made from grain sourced directly from Rocky Mountain region farms. The combination of serious baking and carefully sourced coffee is rare in the city and has made it a neighborhood fixture for both morning coffee and takeaway bread. Packaging decisions are made with environmental impact in mind.
