Guevara 91 in Chacarita is the original location of Hobby, a specialty coffee bar inspired by the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi and a philosophy of finding beauty in imperfection. Single-origin filter coffees are prepared with unusual care, and the baristas are known for detailed engagement on bean provenance and extraction. A second location operates on Malabia in Palermo, but the Chacarita flagship retains its neighborhood character.
