Ink and Lion Cafe
Ekkamai · Bangkok
Ink and Lion, established in 2013 in an Ekkamai alley, occupies a two-floor industrial loft where each bean bag is hand-calligraphed by an in-house artist to match the tasting notes of that particular roast. The cafe sources from a rotating roster of Bangkok roasters including Phil Coffee Company and Ceresia alongside international partners like London's Square Mile, giving its filter bar uncommon breadth. Rotating art exhibitions by local artists make the space function as both gallery and cafe in equal measure.
