Opened in 2025 inside La Cabra's Copenhagen roastery building at Arhusgade 118X, this Nordhavn flagship puts the entire roasting operation on display behind the bar, letting guests trace their cup from green bean to glass. Exposed original brick from the harbor district frames a menu of seasonal filter and espresso offerings built on direct-trade sourcing. One of very few places in the world where you can drink the coffee steps from where it was roasted that morning.
