Founded in 2016 on Calle Ocho, La Colada Gourmet is a family-owned shop dedicated entirely to the spectrum of Cuban coffee culture, offering more than 20 recipes built on traditional roast profiles fresh-roasted in house. It is a rare spot where the craft of the colada, cortadito, and cafe con leche is treated with the same seriousness that third-wave shops apply to single-origin pour-overs.
