Opened in 2014, LAB was one of the earliest specialty coffee roasteries in Buenos Aires and has remained a benchmark for the city''s third-wave scene. The Palermo Hollywood cafe doubles as a training center where a Diedrich IR12 roaster operates in plain sight, and the team sources micro-lots from Brazil, Central America, and Africa for their filter and espresso programs. Cupping sessions and barista courses run regularly alongside the cafe service.
