Founded by Daniel Cifuentes, the 2012 Argentine Barista Champion, and his business partner Zehan Nurhadzar, Lattente at Thames 1891 became a defining address for specialty coffee in Palermo Soho. The team roasts their own beans, selecting green coffee from around the world and developing each profile in-house before opening a bag for the bar. Multiple extraction methods and a well-trained floor make it a reliable stop for both espresso and filter lovers.
