Maji Pantry opened in 2025 on Langridge Street in a former coffee shop space, bringing Japanese-Korean pantry cooking to Collingwood with prawn katsu sandos, made-to-order onigiri and creative cold-extracted coffee drinks. The space feels more like a considered home kitchen than a production cafe, with a tight menu that changes with the season. Broadsheet named it one of August 2025's standout new Melbourne coffee shops.
