The second MVSM outpost on Schellingstrasse puts the roastery's single-origin programme in the middle of the university quarter, where academics and museum visitors become regulars. A long brew bar runs alongside the espresso counter, making filter the draw alongside milk drinks. The room is airy and unfussy, with the same rotating green-label bags found at the Glockenbach mothership.
