Papegøye at Urtegata 48 is Grønland's most talked-about coffee bar, rotating hand-picked coffees from Norwegian roasters every few days and serving everything exclusively with oat milk. Three of its staff competed on the Norwegian national coffee team in 2022, and the bar's matcha latte has earned genuine cult status on Oslo social media.
