Dubai's pioneering specialty roastery, founded in 2007 by Kim and Matt Thompson in a purpose-built 13,500 sq ft warehouse in Al Quoz. Ethically and directly traded single-origin beans are roasted on-site, and the SCA Premier Training Campus on the premises trains the region's baristas. A cornerstone of the UAE's third-wave movement.
