Revolver opened in a narrow Seminyak lane when specialty coffee was still a foreign concept on the island, and it remains the reference point against which every other Bali cafe is measured. The house Cowboy Blend is roasted in-house for chocolate and hazelnut notes, and a Baby Revolver outpost operates nearby. Dark timber, exposed brick, and vintage cowboy portraits give the space an unmistakable personality. It draws an international crowd from morning until late.
