Rituales was founded in 2017 with a mission built directly into its supply chain: every bag of coffee is sourced from the 30-plus farming families of La Sierra, one of Medellin''s hillside comunas, creating income in a neighborhood historically shaped by conflict. The award-winning Paraiso blend has been recognized in national blind tastings as among the city''s finest. Across two floors of a handsome Laureles building, the serene, book-lined space draws writers, remote workers and barista-school students alike.
