Named for the street's former cobbler trade, Shoe Lane on Tara Street opened in 2016 with hand-crafted interiors using timber salvaged from a local 150-year-old warehouse. The cafe focuses on single-origin coffees from Full Circle Roasters, served via espresso, V60, and batch filter alongside organic pastries and sourdough toasties. A second location in Dun Laoghaire extends the reach to the coast.
