Co-founded by chef Deuki Hong and managing partner Janet Lee, Sohn opened in August 2025 as an 8,000-square-foot Korean American cafe and community gathering space in Dogpatch. The specialty coffee program is roasted in partnership with Frank La, the reigning U.S. Barista Champion, and signature drinks include an espresso tonic with yuja and perilla. One of the most significant cafe openings in SF in recent years.
