Founded by two brothers committed to raising specialty coffee literacy in Egypt, the cafe focuses on single origin filter coffees with V60, aeropress, and pour over brewing alongside rotating seasonal espresso. Cairo Coffee Collective handles the roasting, giving Specialty Bun a direct farm-to-cup story that few Cairo cafes can match.
