An Australian-founded specialty roaster that opened its Restaurant Row outpost at 374 West 46th Street in 2024, St. Kilda roasts its beans in Brooklyn and pulls shots that lean fruity and vivid. The pink-tabled, green-tiled space is barely bigger than a takeaway window but punches well above its footprint for both espresso and filter programs.
