Founded in 2015 by veterans of Nashville's early specialty scene, Steadfast brings a Copenhagen-influenced sensibility to its Germantown home on Taylor Street. The roastery-cafe turns out seasonally rotating single-origin espressos and filter options alongside a tight, ingredient-led food menu. A happy hour from 4 to 6 on weekdays bridges coffee and craft beer without losing the coffee-bar identity. One of the most respected independent roasters in the region.
