Stockfleths Prinsens Gate
Sentrum · Oslo
Pouring beans from Stockfleths
Stockfleths traces its origins to 1895 and is widely regarded as Oslo's most historically significant specialty coffee institution, the training ground that produced multiple Norwegian Barista Champions including Tim Wendelboe in 2004. The two-storey Prinsens gate 6 flagship in Sentrum preserves a distinctly old-school aesthetic, with championship trophies lining the upper level and a functioning coffee lab below used for tastings and barista development. Espresso-based drinks using Nordic-roasted beans are the house strength, accompanied by classic Norwegian pastries.
