Stray launched as a micro-roaster in Munich's Westend in 2021 before Feldi and Ilan opened the Gollierstrasse café in 2023, giving the roastery a permanent home with an espresso bar and V60 service. Two grinders run simultaneously, one for the house blend and one for a rotating single origin, and batch brew is available for those who are time-pressed. Franzbrötchen and a small selection of baked goods complete the offering at a space that rewards the short walk from Theresienwiese.
