Subko began in Mumbai and brought its farm-direct Indian coffee program to Bangalore with a focus on naturals and experimental-process lots from the Western Ghats. The Indiranagar cafe serves as both a retail roastery outpost and a filter bar where guests can taste the same beans available to buy. The branding and space are intentionally premium without feeling cold.
