Suka Espresso on Jalan Labuansait has been the Bukit benchmark for specialty coffee since it opened in 2016, sourcing beans in small batches from Indonesia and South America and roasting locally in Bali. The Australian-inspired cafe menu runs from wholesome brunch classics through to a full dinner offering until 10pm, unusual for the Uluwatu strip. The Suka Collective operates Two Face and other venues across the island, with this original outpost remaining the reference point. It is consistently cited as the single best coffee destination in Uluwatu.
