Te og Kaffi has roasted its own beans since 1984 and the Micro Roast flagship at Adalstraeti 12 is the network's most focused specialty expression, showcasing rotating single-origin lots brewed across several filter methods alongside its own espresso. The space functions as a demonstration of the company's sourcing and roasting program, with baristas trained to articulate origin and processing details. Despite being part of a larger chain, the Micro Roast location operates with independent-cafe attention to quality.
