Founded by Jeffrey Ji after learning the craft in Melbourne under St. Ali, The Library Specialty Coffee at 281 Dundas Street West runs a La Marzocco Linea PB and a slow bar with a separate in-house roasting space at the back of its narrow, minimalist room. A Melbourne-influenced precision ethos drives both the espresso and the pour-over program.
