Opened in 2021 by a German-New Zealand team at Marienburger Straße 5, Town Mouse operates as a showcase multi-roaster, rotating beans from four Berlin roasters including 19grams, August 63, Miles Coffee Design, and Sincerely. The grilled-cheese Mouse Traps, made with local blue cheese and seasonal accompaniments, have become as celebrated as the coffee itself. A measured laptop policy and cosy Winsviertel setting draw both neighbourhood regulars and curious visitors from across the city.
