This is the important one. No cafe or roaster pays to appear in our directory, to rank higher, or to earn an editorial badge. Listings are chosen on merit. Where a roaster offers a way to buy their beans online, we may use an affiliate or referral link for that purchase, but that is about the sale, never about the listing. A roaster who declines keeps their full listing exactly the same.
