The 6-8 South College Street address is one of Edinburgh's most storied coffee spaces, previously home to Brew Lab for 12 years. Origin Coffee, the Cornish specialty roaster, opened here in May 2024 as its first Scottish site, retaining the 36-seat layout and adding an education space for brewing workshops. Single-origin coffees from Origin's traceable supply chain anchor the menu.
