Cairngorm began as a community cafe in Kingussie in 2014, then brought its own roastery and polished aesthetic to Edinburgh's West End at 1 Melville Place. The large corner space features plush, considered decor that photographs well without feeling performative. They roast their own specialty beans and the espresso programme is among the most precise in the city.
