Buna is one of Roma Norte's most technically serious specialty bars, operating Mexico's only Modbar setup alongside a V60 drip station and four cold brew towers. The team roasts nearby and negotiates directly with Mexican coffee producers, with one roaster holding a second-place finish at the Mexican Roasting Championship. Orizaba 42 is a compact, focused space where the coffee does the talking.
