Founded in 2021 by brothers Charles and Raphael Corrot, Cafe Nuances roasts traceable single-origin coffees in their own workshop and presents them across five distinct origins with poetic names. The striking space on Rue des Francs Bourgeois features mirrored ceilings, stainless steel countertops, and sculptural seating designed by Crosby Studios. One of the Marais's most thoughtfully designed specialty destinations.
