A traditional Florentine corner bar on Via Mannelli near Campo di Marte station, Emmeti pivoted hard into specialty coffee in 2020 via a close partnership with La Sosta, the artisan roastery based just outside Florence in Impruneta. The renovation kept the neighbourhood-bar feel intact while replacing the standard commercial blend with carefully sourced single-origin lots. It is a working-class cafe that now happens to serve genuinely excellent coffee.
