Set inside a restored 1873 Spanish Colonial house at Calle 8 and Avenida B, Casa Sucre is one of Casco Viejo''s earliest specialty coffee pioneers and remains a neighbourhood anchor. The 1,000-square-foot café works with a rotating lineup of Boquete farms including Cafe de la Luna, Hartmann Farms, Abu Coffee, and Panama Joe, offering Geisha in both espresso and filter preparations. Empanadas, quiches, and croissants round out a menu that draws a loyal crowd from opening to close.
