Casiopea on Justo Sierra 61 is a second-floor cafe above an art gallery in the heart of Centro Historico, with large open windows framing the neighborhood's colonial architecture and street life below. Specialty espresso drinks, flat whites and matcha share the menu with a brunch selection, and the Cafe de Olla served in a traditional clay pot gives a nod to Mexican coffee custom.
