This 7,000-square-foot flagship at 233 Hollywood Road anchors Elephant Grounds' award-winning roastery and artisan bakery, sourcing single-origin lots from small farms across Sumatra, Papua New Guinea, Tanzania, and Brazil. Founded in 2013 by Kevin Poon and Gerald Li, the brand is celebrated as much for its ice-cream sandwiches as for its deftly pulled espressos and seasonal filter options. The open-plan roasting floor gives visitors a direct view of the production process.
