Founded by 2011 Hong Kong Barista Champion Chan Chak Sum, NOC (Not Only Coffee) roasts its own Arabica lots on-site at the Bohemian House flagship at 321 Des Voeux Road West and supplies all six of its city branches. Organic-where-possible seasonal menus cover brunch bowls and avocado toasts alongside single-origin filter and espresso. The roastery doubles as a training ground for the brand's competition baristas.
