Rome's foundational specialty bar, open since 2016, runs its own roastery under the Aliena label and offers up to 16 single-origin coffees on any given day, extractable as espresso, V60 or AeroPress. The minimalist Scandinavian-inflected space fills with natural light and a mix of local professionals, students and curious visitors all day. The WiFi password, senzazucchero, politely nudges Italian guests toward drinking their coffee without sugar.
